$300 1 bedroom for young male cat loving smoker

I am a spry, healthy 75 years young woman, looking for a young male tenant for my extra bedroom in my three bedroom brooklyn townhouse. It is a very well kept house, carpeted floors, wood-panel walls, and your own bathroom. Additionally, I am up early every morning, and will cook a healthy vegan breakfast. There are three requirements. 

The first requirement is that you must smoke pall mall cigarettes. My late ex-husband smoked them, and I have kept a tenant in what was formerly his office for more than ten years, all smokers of pall mall cigarettes, so that his spirit will return now and again to keep me company while I wait to die. 

The second is that you must attend the sunday church service with me at my catholic church. It is alright if you are not catholic, but attending the mass will facilitate my late husband's weekly visits. 

The last requirement is that you must like cats. I have fourteen cats that I have rescued over the past ten years, they are Arminius, Arnauld, Delmidigo, Grotius, Descartes, Spinoza, Sanches, Hobbes, Pufendorf, Costa, Cremonini, Groot, Heywat, and Socks. You will need to keep your bedroom door open at all times, as my cats are used to having their way about the house. They love to cuddle, except Descartes, who mostly ignores everything.
